APPOINTMENTS
Where possible I encourage you to schedule your appointments in advance to ensure your preferred day and time are available. Bookings made on the day of service are always welcome, subject to availability.
WHAT IF I’M LATE?
It happens to all of us and I will understand and endeavour to accommodate you wherever possible. Where and when it is safe to do so please advise me you will be arriving late and provide an approximate arrival time. We will be required to finish your treatment on time, however the cost of your service will remain the same.
CANCELLATIONS
I greatly appreciate 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Because your services are guaranteed appointments reserved for only you. Last minute cancellations and no-shows may incur a 50% fee. Booking an appointment is an acknowledgement of these terms.

Your time with me is all about you. I want you to share with me everything that can enhance this experience for you! Don’t hold back I understand what you wanted at one appointment you may not feel like at your following. So Music, Scents, Room temperature, whatever your needs and preferences I want to cater too them so please do let me know.
