No-Show Policy
We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. Customers are asked to cancel or reschedule any appointments that they will be unable to honour at least 24 hours in advance of their reservation. You must telephone us directly to cancel.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be used for product and treatment purchases in our salon.
- To make a Treatment Booking using your Gift Card you must directly contact the salon via telephone or email.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for any other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or gift card).
- Gift cards are the equivalent of cash. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards will not be replaced.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Gift Cards must be presented on arrival.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed for treatment deposits.
- Appointment cancellations with less than 24hrs notice may result in a cancellation fee charged to your Gift Card.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment so that we can collect information that is required to ensure that your treatment meets your needs.
Skin Consultation
We ask that if you are having a Facial Treatment that you haven’t had previously, that you allow time for a skin consultation to ensure the Facial is appropriate for your skin and any health concerns you may have.
Pregnancy
If you are pregnant please let us know when you book. Some treatments are not recommended for women in their first trimester and whilst others are not recommended at all whilst pregnant. Note that Pregnancy massage will not be performed on clients in their first trimester.
Children in Salon
We understand that many of our clients have young children, however due to safety concerns young children are generally not permitted in the salon. Please check with your local salon if you cannot make arrangements prior to your treatment.
Adolescents aged 12-17 are welcome to enjoy a selection of treatments with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian or caregiver. Please check with your salon as to which treatments are available prior to making your booking and note that the client consultation form must be signed by a parent, guardian or caregiver. Treatments on children under the age of 12 are at the discretion of the individual salon owner and only when accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Your Account
You will need to register an account with us to use our online booking service. You will need a valid email address/username and password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. You agree to provide only accurate, truthful information.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our salon’s best interests to do so.
